- I can have a TV in my office.
- Macs only.
- No dress code.
- No office gossip.
- No office politics.
- No slackers.
- No holiday office party.
- Face time is not important.
- The challenge of solving problems in areas where I have very little expertise.
- Firing the Client From Hell.
- No employees complaining about the vacation policy.
- No “come seen me in my office—and close the door” meetings.
- The only person responsible for my success or failure is me.
