Marketing
I believe that the first step in marketing is the most important: identify your goals. (Is it to achieve more sales? Become more profitable? Enter a new market? Or is it something else?)
The second step is to wisely choose the tools that will accomplish your goals for the least amount of money. The tools could be:
• Social media (Facebook, Twitter, Linked In)
• Online search (Google, Yahoo, Bing)
• Web sites and blogs and
• Traditional tools (display and radio advertising, postcards, billboards, business cards, pamphlets, print newsletters, and many more)
The last step: use your tools well.
