These are all GREAT tips. I especially love how Jade defines her short term goals in terms that are specific, actionable, and measurable. That’s some nice goal setting right there.

I’m also the same way about competition. I’d much rather learn and grow together than worry about who’s doing what. There’s space for everyone and it seems to me if you’re overly worried about competition, there’s also a good chance you haven’t put enough thought into what makes your business unique.
